Serve as the primary AbbVie point of contact for assigned investigative sites, providing
Align, train, and motivate principal investigators and site staff on clinical trial objectives
Conduct site evaluations, site initiation, routine on-site and remote monitoring, and site
Develop and implement tailored site engagement strategies.
Apply strong understanding of study protocols and scientific principles to trial execution.
Evaluate and support patient recruitment and retention strategies.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or above; health related preferred.
Minimum one year of clinically related experience, including at least six months in clinical
Dutch language required in full professional proficiency.
Familiarity with risk-based monitoring approaches.
Knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas.
Advanced knowledge of local regulatory requirements and ICH/GCP Guidelines.
