📋 Description

• Primary point of contact for investigative sites; provides contextual information on clinical
• Aligns, trains, and motivates site staff and principal investigator on clinical trial goals
• Conducts site evaluation, site training, routine, and site closure monitoring activities in
• Customizes site engagement strategy using tools like CRM; gathers local/site insights to track
• Connects study protocol, scientific principles, and clinical trial requirements to day-to-day
• Develops knowledge of therapeutic area, asset, and clinical landscape/patient journey.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in health related disciplines (Medical, Scientific, Nursing) preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of clinically related experience, with 6 months in clinical research monitoring of
• Familiarity with risk-based monitoring approach, onsite and offsite monitoring.
• Knowledge of appropriate therapeutic area indications is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of local and emerging regulatory/legal requirements, ICH/GCP Guidelines, and
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
