📋 Description

• Primary point of contact for investigative site, providing contextual trial information
• Trains and motivates site staff on trial goals, protocol, and patient treatment
• Conducts site evaluation, training, routine, and closure monitoring activities
• Customizes site engagement strategy and tracks progress using CRM tool
• Ensures quality and timely data submission, safety reporting, and audit readiness
• Mentors less experienced CRAs and participates in task forces

🎯 Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in health-related disciplines preferred
• Minimum 1 year clinically related experience, 6 months in clinical research monitoring
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and local regulatory requirements
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Strong planning, organizational skills, and critical thinking
• Familiarity with risk-based monitoring approach
