Support and observe clinical site monitoring inhouse and in the field.
Develop CRA skills and knowledge through training.
Provide monitoring and site management for full-service studies.
Ensure protocol, SOP, and regulatory compliance (ICH GCP).
Conduct remote data review and data query/closure activities.
Support RBM activities and regulatory document collection.

🎯 Requirements

College diploma/degree with 1-3 years related experience.
SoCRA, CCRA, or ACRP certification is an asset.
Self-motivated with strong communication skills.
Attention to detail and collaborative mindset.
Willingness to learn and develop CRA skills.
Home-based with regular travel.
