Clinical Research Associate II - Miami/Fort Lauderdale - Eyecare/Aesthetics/Specialty

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for investigative sites
• Align, train, and motivate site staff and principal investigator on clinical trial goals and
• Conduct site evaluation, site training, routine, and site closure monitoring activities compliant
• Customize site engagement strategies and utilize CRM tools to track progress
• Connect study protocol and scientific principles to daily clinical trial execution
• Develop therapeutic area knowledge for successful patient recruitment and protocol compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Appropriate tertiary qualification in health related disciplines (Medical, Scientific, Nursing)
• Minimum of 1 year of clinically related experience, with 6 months in clinical research monitoring
• Familiar with risk-based monitoring approach, onsite and offsite monitoring
• Knowledge of appropriate therapeutic area indications preferred
• Advanced knowledge of ICH/GCP Guidelines and applicable policies
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
