• Considered as the primary point of contact for the investigative site. High level of competency or
• Aligns, trains and motivates the site staff and principal investigator on the goals of the clinical
• Conducts site evaluation, site training, routine, and site closure monitoring activities with
• Advanced understanding of site engagement and ability to customize site engagement strategy for
• Advanced competency in connecting study protocol, scientific principles, and clinical requirements
• Possess experienced level of competency to mentor and train less experienced CRAs; may participate

🎯 Requirements

• Appropriate tertiary qualification: Health related disciplines (Medical, Scientific, Nursing)
• Minimum 6 months of clinical research monitoring of investigational drug/device trials with 1+ year
• Knowledge of appropriate therapeutic area indications with ability to apply scientific concepts to
• Advanced knowledge of local and emerging regulatory and legal requirements, ICH/GCP and company
• Strong cross-functional and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, and communication skills.
