📋 Description

• Deliver excellent patient experience across DC-area clinics.
• Ensure visits are accurate, efficient, and compliant with protocols.
• Support recruitment, screening, and enrollment with follow-through.
• Guide patients through study visits to ensure attendance and completion.
• Enter data accurately into required systems and documentation platforms.
• Coordinate clinic operations in Vienna, VA and Rockville, MD.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of professional experience in fast-paced environments.
• Preferred: experience in patient-facing healthcare settings.
• Preferred: B.S. or B.A. from an accredited university.
• Strong KPI/metrics or performance focus preferred.
• Onsite Monday-Friday at Vienna, VA and Rockville, MD clinics.
• Highly organized with problem-solving and proactive mindset.
