Clinical Research Technician

📋 Description

• Provide excellent care and a great experience to patients in clinical research studies
• Ensure patients have a fun, positive and comfortable experience at the clinic
• Complete patient visits accurately and efficiently, maintaining 100% compliance with clinical trial
• Support patient recruitment and enrollment into clinical trials
• Ensure patients attend and complete their clinical trial visits
• Enter data timely and accurately into multiple online systems for clinical visits

🎯 Requirements

• B.S or B.A from an accredited university
• 1 year of professional experience (preferred)
• Experience in a clinical, patient-facing role (preferred)
• Customer service experience (highly desirable)
• Onsite Monday-Friday availability
• Self-motivated, energetic, positive attitude
