Clinical Risk Specialist

📋 Description

• Review and document adverse incidents, crisis alerts, higher level of care needs
• Apply clinical expertise to assess risk-related concerns
• Provide guidance and/or consultation to providers following a risk-related incident
• Facilitate debriefing and Psychological First Aid (PFA) following significant sentinel events
• Escalate high-risk or complex concerns for leadership review
• Offer consultation to providers on clinical risk management topics (e.g., documentation, ethical

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited University/College in social work, counseling, marriage and
• Current independent, unrestricted clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, or
• 3+ years of post-licensure experience as a mental health clinician
• 2+ years of direct clinical experience delivering care as a telehealth practitioner
• Experience in clinical risk management and crisis intervention
• Familiarity with clinical quality expectations and ability to consistently apply ethical and
