Clinical Scientist, Sepsis

📋 Description

• Provide clinical, scientific and strategic input to clinical development plans for the assigned
• Contribute to definition of target population, including immune phenotype/endotype and
• Evaluate adaptive, platform and Bayesian design options for acute critical care trials
• Collaborate with Medical Development Lead and Medical Program Lead on overall scientific and
• Act as clinical scientific lead for assigned studies; potentially serve as Medical Director/Medical

🎯 Requirements

• Medical degree (MD) with relevant specialisation or PhD/PharmD with equivalent clinical development
• Documented record in drug development from early stages, with in-depth understanding of clinical
• Working knowledge of ICH-GCP, applicable clinical trial regulations and sponsor obligations
• Desired: Clinical or research experience in intensive care, anaesthesiology, infectious diseases
• Desired: Experience in acute or critical care interventional trials, including mortality endpoints
• Desired: Understanding of sepsis immunology and pathophysiology, including immune dysregulation and
