Clinical Services Manager (RN)

📋 Description

• Provide clinical leadership and oversee IDT and clinic staff to ensure quality, patient-centered care.
• Oversee clinic operations and outcomes; guide RNs in case management.
• Partner with Center Exec Director and Center Manager/Director to ensure center success.
• Lead onboarding/training and ongoing professional development for nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with PACE, DHCS, CMS; monitor SLAs and regulatory timelines.
• Oversee care transitions across settings to maintain continuity and safety.

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN license in state of practice.
• 3-5 years clinical leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience with geriatric populations and complex care.
• Strong communication and collaboration across IDT; travel between sites.
