• Manage clinical site payments: process investigator and clinical site payments according to
• Review and validate financial data from study budgets, EDC systems, and CTMS
• Oversee invoice management and resolve payment-related issues
• Perform financial reconciliations, prepare accruals and forecasts
• Develop and maintain standardized reports for financial oversight
• Drive process and technology improvements including AI and automation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• At least five years of experience in clinical payments
• Knowledge of investigator and site payment workflows, budgets, reconciliations, accruals
• Strong financial analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, financial systems, EDC platforms, CTMS
• High level of accuracy and organization
