Clinical Solutions Consultant (Remote)

📋 Description

• Partner with customers, care partners, SLPs & referrals through AAC eval.
• Conduct clinical consultations to assess needs and recommend AAC solutions.
• Apply consultative sales techniques to guide customer decisions along the journey.
• Collaborate with SLPs to complete evaluations, device recommendations, and docs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to support satisfaction and growth.
• Maintain accurate customer records in company systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• 3+ years of experience with adults with complex communication needs.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate with customers, caregivers, professionals.
• Strong clinical reasoning, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
