Partner with the CMO and COS to design and execute strategic clinical projects.
Own delivery of high-visibility, complex initiatives with on-time delivery.
Develop strategic roadmaps via qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Create presentations and deliverables to communicate recommendations to leadership.
Design and monitor KPI frameworks, assess risks, and mitigate issues.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in strategic operations, program mgmt, or consulting.
Healthcare/digital health exp; clinical/regulatory knowledge a plus.
Analytical and business development skills; data-driven decision-making.
Proven track record leading initiatives from conception to delivery; risk management.
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills; ability to influence across levels.
Bachelor's degree; MBA/MPH preferred.
