🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, with 8+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, clinical strategy
• Demonstrated experience developing strategic recommendations using quantitative and qualitative
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives and deliver results across
• Experience partnering with analytics teams to interpret healthcare data and generate meaningful
• Strong experience developing business cases, strategic roadmaps, and enterprise-level
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority.
