Clinical Studio Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations of the ear piercing studio, ensuring high customer service and a clean
• Perform ear piercings and provide clinical care with a celebratory atmosphere
• Educate customers on aftercare and promote Rowan's After Care products
• Maintain sterile and aseptic environment at nurse station and procedure tray
• Lead, coach, and develop studio staff including Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates
• Drive sales and meet studio targets, including average order value and revenue growth

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN License
• 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in service-oriented environment
• Strong leadership skills
• Customer-obsessed with passion for exceptional customer experiences
• Track record of driving sales and profitability
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

🎁 Benefits

• Annual Base Salary between $65,000 - $75,000
