Clinical Success Manager - Federal

📋 Description

• Provide clinician enablement by leading clinician enablement sessions, staff and leadership
• Support the development and delivery of training tailored to federal clinical workflows and
• Support implementation for new and scaling sites, helping each site launch successfully and grow
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical champions.
• Provide workflow and product support to clinicians to drive increased adoption and utilization.
• Monitor product performance in the field and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a clinician (MD, DO, PA, NP)
• Experience with EHR documentation and a deep understanding of clinical documentation workflows
• A passion for solving problems and creating new opportunities for clinicians
• Experience leading initiatives from conception through launch
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with different layers of an
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, specifically clinical workflows and regulatory
