Clinical Success & Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Primary day-to-day contact for Evvy’s clinic partners
• Build trusted relationships across clinic teams
• Ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing partner adoption
• Identify friction and opportunities to improve the partner experience
• Design scalable workflows for onboarding and account management
• Represent Evvy at conferences and partner meetings

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in customer success, partnerships, or operations in an early-stage startup
• Experience managing multiple relationships and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Cross-functional experience with Operations, Marketing, Clinical, and Commercial
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Comfort with CRM systems and operational tooling
• Willingness to travel for clinics, conferences, and partner events
