Clinical Supervisor - SLP

📋 Description

• Direct clinical care: perform evaluations and therapy sessions.
• Lead and mentor SLPs with regular 1:1 meetings and coaching.
• Ensure SLPs use Expressable systems and meet training/compliance.
• Partner with leaders to resolve clinical concerns and updates.
• Lead monthly meetings focused on clinical excellence.
• Track performance metrics; drive data-driven improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• CCC-SLP (ASHA) and NPI number
• Licensed in a key state or willing to obtain before start
• Reliable internet and teletherapy platform experience
• Minimum 2 years post-CF experience in pediatrics
• Previous leadership experience required
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
