Clinical Supply Chain Specialist

📋 Description

• Support planning, execution, and optimization of clinical trial supply activities.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Quality, CMC, CMOs and IRT vendors.
• Develop supply plans, inventory strategies, production schedules, and risk mitigation.
• Monitor production schedules, identify issues, and support corrective actions.
• Coordinate label management and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support comparator sourcing and IRT system activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in life sciences, supply chain or related field, or equivalent
• 2+ years in supply chain, preferably in biotech/pharma/CRO/clinical research.
• Understanding of clinical trial supply, inventory, labeling, packaging, and distribution.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
