The Clinical Team Manager leads operational project management
Identify, resolve/mitigate, and escalate risks to PM/PD and Clinical Ops leadership
Ensure team members are trained (GCP, SOP, protocol, study procedures)
Develop, review, and revise project documents (monitoring plans, CRF guidelines, manuals)
Initiate corrective/preventative actions (re-train, co-monitoring, update study guidance)

🎯 Requirements

Extensive clinical research lead experience in multiple studies
Experience managing Clinical parts of studies across regions or complex studies
Experience in phase 2/3 trials, especially oncology or rare disease
Able to work in a fast-paced small CRO and manage multiple projects
Minimum science-based bachelor’s degree
Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
