📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of Clinical Terminologists and Data Annotators.
• Oversee terminology mapping with SNOMED CT, RxNorm, LOINC.
• Drive project delivery with priorities and timelines.
• Collaborate with Eng, Product, PM, and AI/ML teams to improve data pipelines.
• Join the founding IDC team and shape its future and culture.
• Establish scalable data operations with quality standards and docs.

🎯 Requirements

• MBBS degree required.
• 2–5 years of people leadership in clinical data teams.
• Strong knowledge of SNOMED CT, RxNorm, LOINC; EMRs.
• Proven ability to lead projects and deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule.
• Experience developing annotation guidelines and quality frameworks.
• Professional certification in medical coding (CPC/CCS/RHIT/RHIA/CCA) is a plus.
