Role is a 24+ month development program in Thousand Oaks/LA area
Partner with Thousand Oaks/N. Los Angeles team to learn technical, clinical, and sales aspects
Support surgeon trainings, OR staff, and territory management
Grow experience in goal setting, mapping, and quota attainment for future roles
Handle sales reporting and expense submissions

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 1-year leadership (military) or outside sales experience
Willingness to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed
Bachelor’s degree required
