📋 Description

• Assists sales reps with surgeon trainings and robotics development
• Guides in-services for OR staff and surgeons
• Sells benefits of advanced robotics tech to users to support quotas
• Gains experience in goal setting, mapping, and quota prep for CTA role
• Manages admin tasks: reporting sales activities and expenses

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1 year leadership (military) or 1 year outside sales
• Travel up to 25%, may work nights/weekends
• Proven track record of success
• Ambition and strong work ethic
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
