📋 Description

• Review conversation transcripts against clinical quality, accuracy, and safety standards
• Identify and flag clinical risk, safety concerns, and moments requiring human clinical judgment
• Assess whether responses are clinically appropriate, empathetic, and aligned with best practice
• Document clear, structured feedback that our clinical and product teams can act on
• Note: this role does not involve direct patient contact or care delivery. Any concerns are flagged

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or equivalent) in at
• US-based
• Strong clinical judgment with experience in direct mental health care
• Experience assessing risk and safety in a clinical setting
• Excellent attention to detail and clear written communication
• Comfortable working independently on a flexible, remote schedule
