Support Clinical Operations Lead in planning and oversight of a global Phase 3 trial.
Assist with study documents development, review, and tracking with cross-functional teams.
Support start-up activities to accelerate country/site activations.
Oversee CROs and vendors, monitor performance, ensure timely deliverables.
Track timelines, enrollment, deviations, data trends, and sample management.
Maintain and organize trial documentation for inspection readiness.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or healthcare field.
5+ years of clinical operations in biotech/pharma.
Experience managing outsourced global Phase I–III trials.
Start-up activities experience strongly preferred.
Solid knowledge of GCP, ICH, and clinical development process.
Experience with CTMS, eTMF, and other ops tools.
Highly organized, with strong communication and teamwork.
