🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, IT, or related field.
• At least 3 years of project management experience with charters, schedules, RAID logs, and status
• At least 3 years in IT or clinical Service Desk optimization including intake, triage, escalation
• ITIL Foundation certification (v3/v4) or equivalent hands-on ITIL experience.
• Experience gathering workflow, usability, and service requirements from clinicians/end users.
• Strong business analysis, process mapping, problem-solving, and user-centered design skills.
