Clinical Vendor Partner

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end relationships with external clinical workforce providers (Health Finder Pro, GPDQ, Your World, and more).
• Maintain provider SLAs, manage spend and invoicing, and drive cost-effectiveness.
• Lead a team of up to 3 Operations Coordinators to support delivery.
• Plan capacity using the Clinical Operations Capacity Model to match hours with demand.
• Onboard clinicians and manage offboarding professionally when needed.
• Ensure compliance by auditing certifications, training, and licenses across provider pools.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in vendor management, BPO operations, or similar.
• Proven people management experience, ideally leading small teams.
• Strong track record of holding external partners to SLAs and KPIs, with constructive pushback when standards aren't met.
• Experience managing end-to-end invoicing and reconciling billed activity (Sage, Yooz, or equivalent).
• Strong data skills: comfortable with Google Sheets or BI tools to track performance and report results.
• Experience managing capacity against forecasted and real-time demand to meet SLAs.
