Cloud Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide first-level technical support via ServiceNow for Databricks and cloud requests.
• Gather and analyze requirements to onboard Data Landing Zones (DLZs).
• Run pipelines/scripts to provision/modify Azure and Databricks resources.
• Support deployment of Azure resources using IaC practices.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and response times.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years with Databricks in technical/operational roles.
• 1–3 years with Azure Data Factory.
• Experience in application support or cloud operations.
• Familiar with Azure; exposure to AWS or GCP is a plus.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
• Knowledge of Unity Catalog, RBAC, Delta Sharing desirable.
