📋 Description

  • Provide first-level technical support to app teams via ServiceNow
  • Investigate Databricks and cloud-related requests
  • Onboard DLZs by clarifying and analyzing requirements
  • Provision/modify Azure and Databricks resources with pipelines/scripts
  • Deploy common Azure resources using IaC practices
  • Automate repetitive tasks to boost efficiency and response times

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–3 years with Databricks in a technical/operational role
  • 1–3 years with Azure Data Factory
  • Experience in application support or cloud ops
  • Familiar with Azure; exposure to AWS/GCP is a plus
  • Experience with Git, GitHub, or GitLab
  • Databricks Unity Catalog, RBAC, auth, Delta Sharing desirable
