📋 Description

  • Manage and support cloud infrastructure, primarily AWS.
  • 24x7 rotational shift to support production systems.
  • Monitor resources, respond to incidents, meet SLAs.
  • Assist deployments and changes in production.
  • Collaborate with Dev, Security, and Platform teams.
  • Document runbooks and knowledge base; perform RCA.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5 years in Cloud Ops or SRE roles.
  • Hands-on AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS).
  • Linux admin and shell scripting.
  • Cloud monitoring, alerting, and incident mgmt.
  • Networking: DNS, VPN, LB, Firewalls, SGs.
  • IaC: Terraform or CloudFormation (advantage).
