Cloud Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a growing engineering team, improving both development velocity and operational
• Establish and maintain effective engineering and operations processes that promote reliability
• Define and monitor team health indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and support
• Represent the engineering team with customers, internal stakeholders, product engineering groups
• Ensure teams remain aligned with priorities, milestones, deliverables, and customer commitments.
• Oversee managed service operations for customer environments and help ensure service-level

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in a technology-related field.
• Proven professional experience in software delivery using technologies such as Python, Go, C, C++
• Demonstrated professional experience with OpenStack.
• Strong understanding of engineering practices, including testing methodologies and maintainable
• Experience with Linux system administration; Ubuntu or Debian experience is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of cloud topologies, technologies, and distributed systems.
