Cloud Governance Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop and implement cloud governance strategies across GCP/AWS/Azure to ensure compliance
• Enforce IAM and network security policies with security teams
• Create dashboards tracking governance metrics such as security posture, key rotation, and compliance
• Define SLOs and KPIs with stakeholders to measure operational efficiency and compliance
• Coordinate governance controls with IT, Finance, Security, DevOps, Cloud Architects, and Product Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in cloud environments (GCP experience preferred)
• 3+ years with cloud services such as EC2, VPC, S3/GCS, IAM, and AWS/GCP CLI
• Hands-on with cloud security controls, IAM, encryption, and data protection tools (GCP/AWS/Azure)
• Proficiency in CI/CD programming, scripting (Python, PowerShell) and automation tools (Ansible)
• Knowledge of IaC tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or ARM
• Experience translating technical information to business language across Development, Product, Security, and other teams
