Cloud Hosting Finance Analyst

📋 Description

• Reconcile centralized cloud hosting vendor billing data for AI and non-AI FP&A partners
• Own R&D reclass (COGS vs non-COGS) and free reclass (AI vs non-AI) methodologies in Anaplan
• Manage finance rhythm for admin hosting: monthly close, quarterly outlooks, annual AOP
• Build and maintain queries and dashboards for FP&A, Procurement, and Group Leads
• Partner with FinOps and Finance Data on tagging, mapping, vendor onboarding, and anomaly detection
• Prepare models and scenario analysis for cloud hosting vendor negotiations

🎯 Requirements

• Strong data proficiency with BI tools (Mode, Looker, Omni or similar)
• Strong modelling skills, especially driver-based modelling for cloud hosting spend
• Experience with large transactional datasets, ideally cloud cost or billing data (CUR, FinOps
• Working knowledge of AWS or GCP billing (Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, Capacity Blocks
• Experience in FP&A function with monthly close, quarterly forecasting, variance analysis
• Fluent use of AI tools for model building and analytical work
