Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Join a global 24/7 support team for Radiant's AI infra.
• Triage, diagnose, and resolve complex cloud, HPC, and AI incidents.
• Provide exceptional customer experience and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Engineering and third-party vendors to restore services.
• Follow-the-sun rotations; some after-hours work may be required.
• Grow expertise in GPUs, InfiniBand, and AI orchestration technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in CS or related STEM, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years in customer-facing tech support or cloud operations.
• Experience with cloud, datacenter, and Linux environments.
• Strong Linux system administration fundamentals.
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and clear English communication.
