Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer — TS/SCI Eligible

📋 Description

• Monitor secure cloud and enterprise environments for availability, performance, and security.
• Resolve Tier 1-3 service requests and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Provision tenant VPCs, roles, permissions, and access.
• Administer Linux and Windows systems, including Active Directory.
• Maintain AWS services, containers, and Kubernetes-based platforms.
• Automate infrastructure and operational processes using Bash, Ansible, YAML, Terraform, or similar tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with 3+ years of experience, or 6+ years IT admin.
• 3+ years supporting secure information systems.
• 3+ years with Linux OS and CLI.
• 3+ years AWS and container tech experience.
• 3+ years administering Windows and Active Directory.
• 1+ year IaC/DevSecOps with Terraform or similar tooling.
