📋 Description

Troubleshoot production and non-production issues within SLAs
Assess incident severity; minimize customer impact
Analyze logs and debug issues to restore services quickly
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive measures
Deploy, monitor, and support releases across environments
Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation

🎯 Requirements

BE/BTech/ME/MTech with 4-6 years DevOps experience
Docker, Kubernetes & EKS platforms
Jenkins, GitHub, Maven, Helm
AWS administration; multi-cloud incl OCI and GCP
IaC: Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation
Scripting: Python, Shell, Groovy
