Cloud Operations Engineer

📋 Description

• Maintain day-to-day availability, monitoring, and incident response.
• Collaborate with teams to meet defined service health SLAs.
• Troubleshoot and triage failed processes in large distributed systems.
• Evaluate and implement solutions for problems and preventive maintenance.
• Plan work, identify risks, and provide accurate time estimates.
• Communicate with stakeholders and document work clearly.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent OS/network experience.
• Cloud administration and automation experience.
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud environments (VMs, load balancers, storage).
• Linux and Windows Server experience.
• Kubernetes and/or Docker experience.
• Scripting: PowerShell, Azure CLI, Python, Terraform.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
