📋 Description

Manage and grow the Cloud Operations Engineers team
Own people leadership and fleet reliability across Azure/AWS/GCP
Set priorities for fleet reliability and customer environments
Represent Cloud Operations to engineering leadership
Maintain technical edge for the team

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of managing engineering or cloud ops teams
Strong cloud ops background: Azure, AWS, GCP
Hands-on IaC/Terraform experience (a plus, not required)
Experience running on-call rotations (PagerDuty)
Familiarity with FedRAMP, SOC2, and risk-based security
Strong communication and stakeholder management
