Cloud Sales Order Specialist

📋 Description

• Own a queue of sales support tickets from intake through resolution, meeting defined SLA targets at
• Conduct discovery conversations with Advisors and customers to identify the right cloud products
• Build and deliver accurate quotes for SaaS and IaaS subscriptions, managing deal registrations and
• Execute marketplace fulfillment end-to-end, including provider provisioning and resolution of
• Perform quality assurance checks on customer and order data before submission to prevent downstream
• Coordinate proactively with Provider Managers to resolve quoting, discounting, or ordering blockers

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in sales operations, order management, or cloud service support, with
• Experience using ticketing or CRM tools such as Zendesk, HubSpot, or Jira to manage and prioritize
• Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools including Google Workspace and Microsoft
• Familiarity with quoting processes, deal registration, and working with third-party technology
• Strong attention to detail, because errors in quotes or orders create downstream delays that
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, because this role requires frequent coordination
