Cloud Support Administrator

📋 Description

• Manage network platforms, firewalls, VPNs, and implement policy-based routing and load balancing
• Act as escalation point for technicians, troubleshoot and resolve high-priority incidents following
• Manage service requests according to change management procedures
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents for customer infrastructure in Azure
• Install, configure, and administer customer systems in Azure
• Communicate technical issues and solutions to clients clearly

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in support administration, specifically with Azure Cloud
• Experience with automation using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bicep) and CI/CD practices
• Experience with network platforms and firewalls (VPNs, policy management, load balancing
• Ability to configure and administer Azure Site Recovery and troubleshoot complex issues
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices for incident and problem management
