Cloud Support Administrator

📋 Description

• Configure, administer, monitor, and maintain customer environments within Microsoft Azure
• Serve as an escalation point for technical support teams, investigating and resolving high-priority
• Manage network platforms, firewalls, VPNs, policy-based routing, load balancing, and network
• Administer and support multiple customer environments, leveraging Azure Lighthouse to manage
• Configure monitoring systems and alerts for physical and virtual infrastructure, investigate
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Azure Site Recovery solutions while applying disaster

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• At least three years of experience in cloud support administration, specifically working with
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Azure infrastructure administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certification is strongly preferred.
• Practical experience managing network infrastructure, firewalls, VPNs, routing policies, load
• Demonstrated ability to configure and administer Azure Site Recovery, troubleshoot complex recovery

• Annual base salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, depending on skills and experience.
