Cloud Systems Administrator

📋 Description

• Participate in incident and change management processes, including logging incidents, tracking
• Provide comprehensive support to internal operations and technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless
• Manage user identities, permissions, and access controls within cloud environments
• Improve and maintain local network and office infrastructure
• Perform system maintenance tasks including patching, updates, and upgrades to cloud-based software
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science (minimum)
• Help desk/support experience for technical and non-technical users
• Experience managing technical operations infrastructure (office, printers, networking, WiFi, AV
• Proficiency with Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (Windows, MacOS, Android, iOS)
• Required experience with Azure Entra
• Familiarity with Azure (plus)
