Cloud Team Leader (m/f)

📋 Description

• Lead the Cloud Managed Services team, managing incidents, problems and changes.
• Oversee cloud architecture to ensure availability, scalability, and security.
• Act as a mentor and technical reference for the team.
• Drive automation and optimization using Terraform, Ansible, Python.
• Define and maintain the Managed Services Quality Plan, improving workflows (e.g., Jira SDM).
• Monitor KPIs and service health, providing actionable reports to management.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in Cloud Operations, Managed Services, or a technical leadership role.
• Proven expertise in cloud architecture and operations (AWS and Azure).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and Python.
• Strong DevSecOps principles and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab).
• Knowledge of cloud security, networking, and cost optimization.
• ITIL certification (mandatory).
