📋 Description

• Own onboarding and training of new partners for Last Mile operations.
• Identify and onboard new partners onto the network.
• Track and own performance of partners in your cluster.
• Visit facilities to conduct audits and resolve operational gaps.
• Ensure compliance with operational processes.
• Own and drive key operational metrics end to end and achieve performance targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline.
• 3-5 years in e-commerce logistics, preferably Last Mile operations.
• Experience in partner onboarding and training in Last Mile and sorting operations.
• Experience in Jaipur or other parts of Rajasthan in similar roles.
• Experience in control tower and field operations.
