Develop and lead the regional security and investigations charter.
Coordinate with Ops, Legal, and Trust & Safety to design security strategies.
Partner with cluster/area ops to mitigate theft, fraud, and high-impact incidents.
Perform risk assessments of sites and operating models; define mitigations.
Conduct regular security audits and set SOPs with central teams.
Drive corrective actions with stakeholders to close audit gaps.

🎯 Requirements

8-12 years leading dispersed security, investigations and loss-prevention teams.
Experience in physical security ops and investigations in ecommerce/fulfillment.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving and incident/case management.
Knowledge of laws applying to police, legal action, and judicial process.
Ability to travel, sometimes on short notice.
