Develop and lead the Cluster Security and Investigations charter for a multi-state region.
Coordinate with Operations, Legal, Trust & Safety to design security, loss and fraud strategies.
Partner with cluster/area ops teams to mitigate theft, fraud and high-impact incidents.
Conduct risk assessments of sites and operation models; implement mitigations.
Lead security analysis and work with Central teams to set SOPs across nodes.
Run regular security audits and close audits with corrective actions across stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

8-12 years in dispersed security, investigations and loss prevention leadership.
Experience in physical security ops and investigations in ecommerce/logistics.
Excellent problem solving; incident and case management.
Experience in team building and coaching (plus).
Knowledge of laws applying to police, legal action and judiciary.
Willingness to travel, sometimes at short notice.
