📋 Description

• Investigate and handle dwelling and condo claims end to end
• Settle dwelling, condo, contents, and ALE efficiently and fairly
• Explain coverage decisions in plain language for customers
• Review mitigation, pack-out bills, and subrogation opportunities
• Follow best practices for large losses and state compliance
• Build deep expertise across peril-based policies for complex claims

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of technical claims handling experience
• Strong background in fire, water, and weather losses
• Experience handling losses over $10K across types
• Hands-on experience managing large contents inventories
• Solid knowledge of dwelling damage; condo experience preferred
• Active Property & Casualty adjuster license in resident state
