📋 Description

• Investigate and handle liability claims from first notice to final resolution — owning the full
• Pay claims efficiently and fairly, keeping customer experience front and center throughout
• Spot subrogation opportunities as part of your day-to-day claims handling
• Communicate with customers by phone and email, translating complex coverage decisions into plain
• Organize and prioritize your caseload to keep resolutions moving and questions from stacking up

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of property liability and injury liability claims-handling experience
• A background with litigated and attorney-represented files — a significant advantage
• Property & Casualty adjuster license in your resident state strongly preferred — if you don't
• Experience with a large national carrier, ideally supporting renters or homeowners customers
• Genuine empathy, patience, and the ability to bring calm to stressful situations
• Comfort with new technology and tools — you adapt quickly and don't shy away from change
