CM Analyst - SSC

📋 Description

• Execute the necessary tasks to ensure the proper functioning of contracts in the respective
• Issue contractual documents such as policies, contracts, endorsements, premium charges, and
• Process inquiries, complaints, and requests from clients or intermediaries in collaboration with
• Manage the end-to-end workflow for receiving monthly, quarterly, or annual turnover declarations
• Administer and prioritize requests, maintaining constant communication with entities and the team
• Register and create policies in Coface systems

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of experience in customer service or back-office operations
• Prior exposure to insurance, credit insurance, or financial services environments is preferred
• Excel – Intermediate to Advanced proficiency
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to identify anomalies in large datasets
• Understanding of basic financial statements and premium calculation logic
• Fluency in English and Spanish (professional level); additional languages such as French are a plus
